“I've been coming here for a couple of years now. I must say that 3116 produce the best cheese scones ever! I've travelled throughout NZ and tried various cheese scones but these are simply delicious. Home made everyday by the lovely owner herself. A must try, but leave some for me!”
“Great friendly service, really helpful staff”
“Great place to shop or grab coffee and a bite to eat at one of the many cafes or restaurants. Gusto has the best Eggs Benedict around and Luca is highly recommended for coffee, ask for Dimi, she'll sort all your coffee needs.”

“Great service and quick to get the part I needed thanks again Ewen”
“A surreal experience! I would not have thought it possible to get a new roof on my bach so quickly. From first contact by phone to paying the final amount was a little over three weeks! From the first contact a quote was organised in about 4 days (and over a weekend). 4 Dec. quote received via email then discussion of details and colour; 5 Dec. advised “coil already on its way from Rotorua”; 6 Dec. deposit paid; a bit of time required for scaffolder but this was in place when I travelled up from Wellington on 14 Dec.; 19 Dec. returned home after job substantially completed day or two before (except barge flashings); 22 Dec. job complete and final payment made. Wow! My thanks to Stratco, the boys who did the installation, and especially Matt who took the time to carefully answer my many questions. Admittedly my bach roof was a relatively simple job, and I was lucky to catch a “window of opportunity”, but I was impressed by how Stratco “turned up the wick” to get it done before Xmas.”
“Very helpful and great selection”
“I have been with Vet Services for over 10 years now, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better team to care for our animals. They are always professional, efficient, and compassionate, and I trust them completely with all of our pets. When I lost my dog last year, the support they gave me and my family went above and beyond anything I expected. They showed such kindness and understanding during an incredibly difficult time, and I will always be grateful for the way they cared for both us and our beloved dog. The team at Vet Services Napier genuinely care about their clients and their animals, and it truly shows in everything they do. I could not recommend them more highly.”

“Great service. I bought a watch for my son which stopped working after 3 weeks from Wellington Pascoes. Hastings Pascoes assisted even though I didn't have the receipt. Best day I got the call that it was the battery and it is now going. I now have a happy 9 year old. Thank you Pascoes!”
