I purchased online a woof tail guard for my dog but to my dismay it's for a horse, hence the woof name and also when searching for dog tail protectors on their site it's pops up so it's very misleading. I have left a voicemail on there contact plus sent an email regarding weather I will be able to get a refund as it states on their site only refunds for faulty items, I wanted to be sure before posting it back. I have heard absolutely nothing back and no reply. Useless service and very unprofessional, I will be having to sell this thing myself elsewhere online to try get some of my $75 back, Big thumbs down.

Only gave a 1 star because I cant give 0... Products- saddle blankets do not come as colour described - best to check out other descriptions elsewhere first. Customer service- the worst service I've ever had absolutely rude - they also remind you that your to blame and they are not rude at all....Nick... Refunds - if you pay via afterpay they won't refund back via afterpay they instead give store credit and then tell you check the policies. Also returning items you have to pay yourself not like other stores. I dont recall this store being so rude must be new owners.
