The staff are AMAZING - fashion and style is NOT my strong point so it's always such a good experience when staff ask what type of event you're shopping for and they can suggest outfits as well as different ways to wear each piece. The ladies here always know about the product range that's in store and are just so friendly and welcoming. The clothes are both flattering and high quality. They went out of their way to courier me a replacement service book, including details of the services they had done, even though I didn't buy the car from them and it's no longer serviced by them because of distance. The original service record was "misplaced" by another Toyota dealer during a recent service. I believe having a complete service history adds to the long term value of a car so I'm very happy to get the replacement book and have my faith in Toyota restored.”
