   We came here for the first time while holidaying in Napier from Auckland. There were four of us, and every meal was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, clean, and full of flavour, and the quality was excellent. The service was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Napier.

   My wife and I have eaten many times with this franchise across cities at NZ but never in Napier - first experience. In a good location and clean and tidy. The service was welcoming and food delivery quick. The food wasn't up to scratch. My chicken kebab was made with I can only assume was chicken mince, not slices of chicken. Too much mayo and lettuce made for a messy meal. My wife didn't fare much better - tidy cut up pieces of falafel and the same messy outcome. Not cheap at $16 either with most ending up in the bin.

   I recently ordered dinner from Cafe Anatolia during our trip to Napier, hoping for a convenient meal. Unfortunately, our experience at the Napier location was quite disappointing. We usually enjoy their food at their other locations, but this time, it fell short. We ordered several items, eagerly anticipating our favorite bread and dips. However, when the order arrived, the dips were a mess—spread haphazardly across the bread instead of neatly contained as they usually are. This presentation was not only unappetizing but also frustrating. In the bin they went Overall, I was left feeling quite dissatisfied with the quality of the meal. I hope this was just a one-off issue, as we've had better experiences at other locations.

   The best of all the Hawke's Bay Anatolia's! Why? Because they have pride in their food. Each customer is presented with a smile, they know their customers by name and have a comfortable place to wait and watch the world go by. I highly recommend Ahuriri as your go to.

   Just walked in to order dinner for my family at 7.50pm. Woman at counter was incredibly rude and said we had to hurry up because they were closing. She then walked away when we started to relay order, so we left without ordering. Would never return.

I'm most impressed with the staff, ( one in particular)..must have a photographic memory, have seen her confirm a complicated order before me, then remember exactly what I had 4 weeks before, and preempt me..very cool, and so friendly
