   The Young man who helped me with tyre quote was so good .. the lady you have on reception let’s your company down..omg she is rude she took my payment gave me no eye contact no words ..handed the receipt ..no thank you.. her customer service sucks .. I just wanted to snatch it off her but I didn’t.. Isaid no harm in being polite lady and walked out .. won’t be back Te Puke will get my business now

   I feel that extremely bad customer service needs to be called out. The old lady on reception needs to be retrained in how do be polite to the customer. Not one smile, despite my attempt to engage with her. No communication or good morning, just a sour expression as she processed my payment before throwing a token chocolate on my receipt. No "merry xmas", no goodbye despite my saying thankyou. Terrible reflection on the hard working guys at the branch who were great to deal with. So 5 stars for them and 0 for the lady !

   Super grateful to the guy at the workshop, who was able to fit me in to replace my tyres so quickly and was so helpful! However, the lady at reception was not pleasant to deal with at all and didn’t even acknowledge me after my payment went through, merely handed me my receipt and key then carried on her work. I’d like to think it was a one off but my engagement on the phone with her was much the same.

   Went to get a new tyre fitted 2/06/2023 , that was done well.I asked that the guy doing it please put my spare tyre back under the car ? The guy called after 30 mins said it was ready ( when I got there it wasnt ready he hadn’t put paperwork through ) but he couldn’t put spare tyre as the cord it hooks onto is jammed and maybe need replacing ? Then I went to start my car and the battery was dead ! He said while he was taking his time to get a battery to charge it that it may need replacing ? What ? It’s never happened before or since ! My lights were on auto so when he turned the car on in the dark garage to look at speedo and didn’t turn the car off completely so battery went dead his mistake …. And I went home and pulled and jiggled the tyre cord and it came out ! Another thing that doesn’t need replacing !!!

   Excellent business, I'm from out of town, came here cause my car started shaking on the toll road, they were super busy but still took the time to look at my car and fix the issue straight away so I could get back on my way. Awesome guys with fabulous service. Thanks heaps A++

   Initially I was disappointed with the service and had to return after the weekend. A senior manager sorted out my concerns and supplied good advice. Such good customer service rates highly. Hopefully the juniors follow his customer care style in future.
