    This store lacks communication. I sent a ring to get fix a month ago and still haven't received it back, they said it would take 2 weeks after 2 week I rang them to get an update and the response was "we tried to contact you to let you know that the ring needs futher repairs"(no miss call or voicemail received) and the lady said I would get it back before Christmas. I get a msg this morning 24th of Dec saying the ring won't make it here before 25th, no other ETA. Be proactive in communicating if dealing with this store.
