   Stratco Napier were an absolute delight to do business with. I previously had got two quotes from two different roofing companies, Stratco came in considerably better in price point. My roof was completed in a timely manner and all of Stratco team communicated very well. Jenna especially was a lovely person to deal with, she went the extra mile. I love our new roof ! I choose ebony which really pops with my White House. Super impressed. Thanks again Stratco. Heidi & Sean.

   A surreal experience! I would not have thought it possible to get a new roof on my bach so quickly. From first contact by phone to paying the final amount was a little over three weeks! From the first contact a quote was organised in about 4 days (and over a weekend). 4 Dec. quote received via email then discussion of details and colour; 5 Dec. advised “coil already on its way from Rotorua”; 6 Dec. deposit paid; a bit of time required for scaffolder but this was in place when I travelled up from Wellington on 14 Dec.; 19 Dec. returned home after job substantially completed day or two before (except barge flashings); 22 Dec. job complete and final payment made. Wow! My thanks to Stratco, the boys who did the installation, and especially Matt who took the time to carefully answer my many questions. Admittedly my bach roof was a relatively simple job, and I was lucky to catch a “window of opportunity”, but I was impressed by how Stratco “turned up the wick” to get it done before Xmas.

   Stratcos communication was slack but happy to take deposit from us, then they had Scaffolding erected weeks before roof was replaced which was annoying, contractor damaged our new roof while installing it. We didnt know until 12 months later. Contacted stratco to get someone to look at it and replace damaged areas, as contractor no longer around stratco fobbed us off and we were told by owner roof and job is to old and we dont want to know. Now we have a new/damaged roof. Not to mention the old led nails left (EVERYWHERE) amongst our lawn for our children to step on. Appalling experience to say the least.

   Awesome experience every time. Kiya and Emma on the front desk are always so welcoming and always get our orders right, very positive attitude towards work and clients ect, couldn’t ask for any better service. Also the guys in the work shop always get our roofing and flashings made in the time frame they have given and is always to a high standard. Awesome work team

   Stratco project managed the whole re-roofing project on our villa, including scaffolding, removal of old asbestos decromastic tiles, new coloursteel longrun roofing and guttering.
