Had an issue after I bought a car, and they were able to fix and also spoke to the dealership on my behalf for reimbursement details. Everything was fixed and sorted easily. Appreciate the help!
Lack of communication! i was booked in for Monday @ 2pm didnt get my car back till 4pm knowing i was sitting in the waiting room the whole time just to give me a not so sure answer to the problem & that they'll figure it out & send me a quote within that same day which i gave them time even days to do so but even just to keep me updated would've been nice! because now im left with a dirty big bill just to be assessed with a non clear answer to the problem & the work it needs. I've tried to give them time to get in contact with me but I'm always ringing/emailing & chasing them up for an update just to ring them today to finally be told I've gotta go to a specialist! I'm fuming because I said I needed a quote by Friday my appointment, I could've gone else where rather than wait around just to be told go else where & left with a dirty bill i refuse to pay that assessment fee of $132.24 for what exactly! I will be happy to lay a formal complaint if yous wanna take this action further.
Had to have some emergency repairs, they fixed it almost immediately, and went above and beyond to keep myself and my vehicle safe. Blew me away. Have always had a wonderful experience with Napier Auto Super Shoppe. Lovely friendly staff also, and beautiful Doris the Turtle :) many many thanks guys, I appreciate what you've done, beyond words. Good service, outstanding front of house staff. The staff very informative. If extra work is required, they inform before repair. I would use this company again and do!

Top team at this place, had some lights appear on my dash on our way to Napier for business, they were really busy and managed to squeeze us in on the spot, they took our car over night and had it ready the next day and even picked us up from town. Thanks to Geoff and his team, they were honest and had fantastic communication, many thanks from saving us from a potential disaster (Being stuck in Napier) we got home safely and car runs great! Highly recommended!
