   I will not return to the Waipukurau Big Barrel after just spending $112.00 there due to the man behind the counter was happy to take my money but not to help me! I asked him if he could carry a 24 pack of DB export gold bottles to my car only for him to tell me to get a trolley but as I explained I had a injured shoulder and would not be able to lift it on and off. He really couldn’t have cared less and it took a lovely young lady to come and helped me. At the Waipawa Liquorland store the staff there always carry out large cartons to my car without me asking so I will take the time to go there and spend my money.

   Love supporting local but EVERY time we grab a craft beer we get it home open it up and froth everywhere. Its not the beer or the temp because it only happens at your store. Maybe take a bit of care when stocking the shelves.
