   Well, I came all the way from 30 km to buy shoes, however, I had a horrific service from staff, I asked for size 8 or 8.5 , she said this article doesn’t come in these sizes at all. Omg ! I have to buy size 9 eventually cz of having no option. Therefore, when I get home and research on the same shoes and there are all sizes this article made. 7.5 , 8 and 8.5 as well. She just gave me 7 and 9. I do understand if you don’t have sizes available its better to let customer know rather providing false information. And, she was quite annoyed when I asked her to get sizes in the article. Very rude.

   Brilliant service as always , the girls in there have a great sense humour , I always leave with a dose of happiness , they can make a bad day feel good , I live in Rotorua , but travel to come for there service . My husband has just recovered from a stroke , the new slip ins are a household staple now. Thanks papamoa Skechers. See you next time.

   I have been into the Papamoa Skechers store twice in the last week. The first time I was alone, and I had a quick browse around the shop. I was looking for 4 pairs of shoes for my children. I was in the store for around 5 minutes before I had to go - it was stifling hot!! I really needed the shoes so I went back a couple days later with the 4 kids in tow. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with what I can only describe as a sauna like heat. The kids started complaining instantly and so I hurriedly tried to find what shoes would suit but after maybe 2 minutes, we couldn't bare it! I had sweat beading on my forehead. The staff were lovely and helpful (well helped as much as they could) but I had to excuse ourselves to leave. Staff said there is no AC or something along those lines, and apologized profusely. I'm sorry but you've just lost probably $400 or more worth of sales. Would love to come back at some point if you can sort the issue? I usually bring my 87 year old grandma in to purchase shoes too but she would not survive!
