   Best local dairy in Papamoa! Mony, TJ, and their family run the Papamoa Beach Superette Dairy with so much heart. They are incredibly welcoming and friendly. They have a massive selection of ice cream, sweets, and energy drinks. A huge plus is their fresh hot chips and fried chicken—always made to order and delicious! Also, if you’re looking for vapes, they stock all the top brands at much better prices than the competition. Highly recommend stopping by!

   I have been in quite a few times and have normally been impressed with the service etc. Today I went in and over heard the staff making comments about me and visible scars I have on my arms. I am absolutely disgusted by this maybe remember that people can hear you even if its in a "language they dont know" Reply: Thank you for your response Tj I do appreciate it. Like I said I normally receive amazing service however yesterday must hace been a slip up.

   Watching a kid drop their ice cream is one of the first worlds true tragedies. Watching the store owner hook it up with a new one free of charge is one of lifes (in the first world) great triumphs. Solid freebee by the guy serving today when the young fella lost his treat onto the ground - you didn’t have to do anything and tbh I’d have been happy to pay for a new one for the kid but you hooked it up and for that, here’s a positive review. Too much bro.

   I used to love coming to my local dairy for the last two decades, until a couple of weeks ago. Me and a friend go into their vape shop, which I would say has over 50 different varieties of brand/mgs/size. I was there no longer than I would say three minutes and that's me being very generous. Then the owner(self proclaimed) came and very abruptly and rudely yells and says "Hurry up!" I was floored. I responded and attempted to say "excuse me did you just tell me to hurry up" and before I could barely get out the excuse me he starts berating me, shouting and yelling at me "I CAN IM OWNER I CAN IM OWNER" in front of other customers. I have never had such a horrible experience before especially in a blimmn dairy! I then proceeded to "hurry up" and take my business elsewhere which I will continue to do as well as my family, my neighbours and other word of mouth customers.
