Most unhelpful useless staff there is in napier well nearly. Purchased a vape 1 day ago, it's faulty, they won't hear that, getting mouthfuls of juice, leaks everywhere will NOT replace and I have warranty. STICK TO KIWI OWNED if you are into vaping. Other vape shops have been extremely helpful. This one is the WORST by FAR!!!!!
The staff there are always so lovely and helpful. Have the best yarns and always help me pick the best juices. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Staff were super helpful. The money you spend here goes a lot further, and they don't slither their way out of warranties (*cough*hawke's bay vapour*cough*). Super patient, very knowledgeable manager. Awesome products.
