“Sorry for a late review since yesterday just before closing for I was their last client which in turn became a first time experience of getting a fullhead color which was a little stretch in the bank but so bloody worth it. No regrets. The lady who did my hair, Nadeesha was amazing and kind and very good with her service as much as her passion in ensuring that her client is comfortable, satisfied and happy with the result in the end which did came out so beautiful and surprising. From being brunette my whole life to a whole new look of a colour that she helped me choose right. Ngl, while getting my hair tinfoiled I was falling asleep through the process lol and sitting in the chair for a good 3 hours would give you a great butt cramp a bit till you stretch them legs, walk a bit and youll feel much better again. Huh maybe next time for something like that, Ill bring a pillow just in case heh, Anyway its algoods, it was hella worth it for sure. So, thank you Nadeesha for doing my hair so good that I am still tripping out whenever I look into the mirror which means you did one hell of a job that took timing, patience, reassurance, the advice for hair treatment etc, and the love between you and your co-workers who became the best of friends to each other and ensuring that your clients dont feel uncomfortable in the space theyre in while getting their hair done. I appreciate it so much. And loving my hairr ahhh. So, thank you truly, to all of yous. Also, to the beautiful auntie with them amazing dreadlocks, thank you for your utmost loving help to not have Nadeesha doing it all alone also because it was so close to closing time but thank you ”

“Fantastic golfing experience. Great layout. Fairways the best I’ve ever hit a ball off. The staff are a credit to your business. I wish I could remember your names individually as you’re an absolute credit to your employers. From the course Marshall who approached us to take pins out as we putted to apologising for the slowness as it was the members medal day. Which he didn’t have to do as I was thoroughly enjoying the day (again I’m hopeless with names but what a fantastic bloke who came and asked me in the clubhouse how my round went) Also the young proshop or manager who asked me how my day went as I sat for a beer. Great hospitality and I can’t wait to come back. 10/10 experience.”

“Spotlessly Clean, comfortable and restful unit. The shower has a great pressure and was sooo relaxing after a day of travelling. We had a two bedroom unit which was spacious enough to accommodate a 3 yr old running about. Office staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.”

“Superb location central in Napier with beautiful sea views enjoyed from the room or on the balcony. Great bedroom, with comfortable bed. Spacious and well equipped with homely needs and an excellent stereo system. Little touches like coffee, tea and milk. This was one of favourite places we’ve stayed at here in NZ on our travels. “Peppers Clearwater really blew us away. We booked a Lakeview Suite through an Accor Plus More Escapes deal that came with breakfast, a three-course dinner, and a cheese platter with a bottle of wine – such great value. The suite itself was gorgeous, the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. Sitting out on the deck watching the ducks and swans glide by, with the sun setting over the lake, was just magic. The staff made the stay even better – both the bar and restaurant teams went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Dinner was a real highlight: duck salad and grilled scallops to start, then fish and lamb for mains, and tiramisu plus panna cotta for dessert. Every dish was spot on. Breakfast the next morning was à la carte with excellent barista-made soy lattes, and I have to say, the eggs benedict was the best I’ve ever had. We were lucky with the spring weather too, and enjoyed our cheese platter and wine out on the deck in the sunshine – pure bliss. The little touches also made a difference, like being able to do a load of washing and plug in our rented Tesla overnight in the garage. We honestly couldn’t recommend Clearwater more. Huge thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and completely spoiled.”

“We made a very late booking online and didnt arrive till about 10pm (approx) the owner text us to see how our trip was going and to make sure we were ok...the upon arrival she was standing at the drive to greet us...the welcome was warm and lovely after a tiring drive...the room was very warm and cozy and it was a beautiful place to stay..couldn't rate this place high enough..and cant wait to come back for more than an overnight stay...”
