   I have been before but this time was the worst. Manpreet is the best one. This lady is sweet but not the work. It’s bit rough handling.wax was stuck here and there. She is trying so hard to clean it off. On top of it my skin is sensitive.I can sense that she is not that experienced. I regretted going there and returned unhappy. But next time if any one wanna go there make sure manpreet is there to help.

   Bought gift voucher for my wife for her birthday she was extremely happy with the service. She took facials, massage manicure and pedicure. Good customer service thanks for making her day amazing.

   You get what you paid for. Yes, it was cheaper than any other and it signals that something is not quite right. I found this place on Grabone and this now refrains me from using this app to find good offers in the future. I booked over the phone in the same day for the $35/h relaxation massage. Yes, usually it is $60 anywhere else and I decided to give a go. The therapist didn’t seem to enjoy this job, otherwise should know how to take care of some details, like cutting the corner of the nails before performing the massage. I should have complained in the beginning, but let it go as I thought the service would be even worse. To make things worse, she was talking on the phone while doing the massage! What a lack of respect and considerations. This time I asked her to stop talking and do her job. As I felt stressed already, this relaxation massage was not relaxing at all. Maybe I should get my money back? Nah, not worth it. Let them keep it and use this money from me and others to make it better and improve their services. I hate doing negative reviews, but this one is necessary to make the owners of this place aware of the situation.
