   I had the worse ever pedicure..I am giving the one star only because I have to in order to review.. horrible staff!!! Miserable service!!! They can't understand or speak English.. they don't know their job well... I did a pedicure.. and had to literally ask for an deluxe because I wasn't told or briefed what was included . Even after upgrading the staff didn't turn on the massage chair... Also she forgot to scrub my feet and removed dead skin .. and mind U this was deluxe that I paid for an extra charge.. Horrible staff!!!! It looks like they are forced to do their job.. the same lady did my eyebrow waxing and then plucking.. she was doing in such slow motion .. it was evident she doesn't knw to wax.. I literally had to tell her hold the skin... Like how can you hire such incompetent people as your staff... They are literally sitting there with no interest to work.. they are more interested in Painting and doing their own nail than serving other customers.. and you tell them something in English... They will be chit chatting amongst themselves in their native language which is very disrespectful!!!!! Horrible is the word!!!! I paid so much money for rubbish service!!!

   I’ve had a few waxes here - and today will be my last. It was clear from the start that the girl didn’t know how to wax. The positioning and patterns, not holding the skin, repeatedly have it catching and being pulled off slowly like gum. It took almost 30 mins for her to do only the front of my legs - which still weren’t even finished, and eventually after numerous bruises and going over the same place repeatedly I realised I had chunks of wax stuck all over the top of my thighs. Large chunks that I (who knows how to wax) couldn’t even remove even when trying myself. My legs are on fire from being handled the way they were, and it was so bad I had to abandon the process half way through, still covered in blobs of stuck on wax and leave for fear of what the next 30 mins would bring. I tried to speak to a manager on the way out - but no one even knew what I was talking about - so sadly, I will never come back to Idol for waxing or any other service. I never leave bad reviews but I almost got them to do a bikini today as well, I can only imagine the regret if I had done.

   Been in twice for SNS French tip and each time it has been a complete mess by the same lady. Went back in yesterday for SNS french tip and it was the same lady again, I gave her a chance but she messed them up again. Such a shame.

   Oh My Gosh! This place is awesome. I went in with low expectations because the nail art i wanted was quite tricky (in my opinion) but i asked if they could and she said she would try her best. And I was so stunned to see she did an AWESOME job like I am in LOVE with my nails. I got exactly what I wanted. Staff were amazing and kind, we had funny conversations and laughed together. They were understaffed that day working with two nail technicians and heaps of people coming in. Again I just want to say that I love my nails and will definitely be coming back! They’re so fantastic.

   Go here regularly for full sets of acrylics and infill I find the staff so nice and polite I have never really had a problem with what I want the prices are great and always walk away a happy customer keep up the great work ladies
