I loved my pedicure with the lovely Nica, she did an amazing job and took so much care with my nails and the whole pedicure service. Highly recommend booking with Nica! However I didn’t love how the senior staff member (manager on duty?) treated the other staff.. she was yelling in the back room quite rudely at the staff. It was unprofessional and not a good look for your salon. Please train your senior staff how to be better managers, and to treat your team members with kindness.
I visited Heart of Nails in Ponsonby while travelling from Australia and was really happy with the technician who did my nails! she was absolutely lovely, professional, and did a beautiful job. Unfortunately, the way the salon was managed was very disappointing. It opened late with no apology, pricing disparages was discussed in front of me which felt unprofessional, and the manager’s attitude towards staff came across as dismissive and degrading. I expected a well-run establishment, but left feeling disheartened despite the excellent service from the technician.
I had a pedicure with them, the whole session was within 1 hr, including foot massage and cleaning, the nail artist cut my cuticle carefully. No bleeding or any drama. You get to pick the colors for the gel, they will apply on your foot to try before you make a decision. Cash and debt card only, they don’t accept credit card for payments. But there is a Westpac nearby, so pretty handy even as tourists. Good service. Recommend it!
Had an amazing experience in July for a trip. Got gel extensions for Manicure and a wonderful pedicure for the Luxe Gel! So relaxing and wonderful staff too! ❤️
My appointment with Anju was awesome! She was delicate and took care when preparing my nails and the final product looks amazing! So happy with them, would definitely come back

Had my nails and toes done for training. They look absolutely stunning and the service was perfect. The girl that did my nails was so sweet and kind.I completely forgot to get her name before leaving Definitely will be back again :)!!
I emailed to book in a “girls afternoon” to celebrate a special occasion. I received an email confirming my appointment only to arrive with my 2 guests to be told the appointment must not have gone through and we could not get out nails done this day. The lady at the counter was not apologetic nor did you seem to care that I had the email on my phone confirming the appointment.
