   Not impressed as I made a booking earlier in the week and I felt like they overbooked and did not give me the time I paid for. A quick soak, clipped nails and a few minutes spent on scrub, some sort of stone rubbed up and down my shin, which hurt, quick light massage on calves then gel polish applied, two very quick coats. Certainly not $65 worth.

   When I came for the first time, right after the opening, it was a wonderful experience, and I recommended it to several friends. However, this year, every time I came it got worse. Today was the last time. The staff looked tired, impatient, and rushed, the service was terrible! My nails were done carelessly, just to finish quickly and move on to the next customer. One person started, another painted, and a third one applied the oil, all looking completely exhausted. I only came today because my daughter always enjoys when we come together, but for us, there won’t be a next time.

   Lina did a beautiful job on my nails! They didn’t have the exact colour of the inspo pic that I provided but they still gave me a beautiful pearly design that I love. She’s very precise when it comes to shaping and ensuring everything is to my liking! Definitely recommend Majestic nails Fraser cove! Love and will always be my go-to nail salon

   Have done acrylic nails and waxes and both done really professionally and looks amazing every time. Always clean and the girls (and guy) super friendly! Felt spoilt and the frequent offerings of beverages including champagne is a really nice added bonus. Always feel great after every visit!!

   Have been coming here for months, but won’t be back. Nails / mani are rushed by all. Kelly is awful, on a good day she’s friendly but catch her on a bad day and she’s rude, not only to customers but colleagues. Talks down about them to customers. Was unbelievably rude to me yesterday and made me feel so uncomfortable. She needs customer service skills and learn to be kind. I won’t be back because of her. I’ll now be going elsewhere
