   I had a great experience at this pharmacy! Jeremy, the soft-spoken pharmacist, went above and beyond to help my family get our 11-year-old kids the Boostrix vaccination. He wasn't sure if he could administer it, but he took the time to find the right information, explaining all of the information nicely, and even made several phone calls to help us out. We really appreciate his kind assistance.

   We have been Antidote's customer since they were just a shop in North East Valley. Staff are really helpful, knowledgeable, sincere and very friendly. We can trust their team on our script that will be perfect every time. They also have point rewards. They have small beauty salon inside, which very convenient.

   Nadia at the brow bar is amazing!!! She is always so professional but willing to have a chat which is really nice. She takes great care of my eyebrows and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She pays close attention to detail and always ensures you are satisfied. Highly recommend!!!!

   Have been looking for a beauty bar in Dunedin for some time and took a chance with Antidote Meridian because the prices were extremely reasonable compared to other places I had looked at. I booked an appointment using their website and requested waxing on my eye brows, upper lip and chin. I also added a 45 minute facial. The booking process was smooth and transparent. I received a confirmation email for my appointment, as well as a couple of texts in the build up to the day of my appointment. I really appreciated the text reminders. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at Antidote Meridian and was met with beautician Nadia. From the word go she had me feeling so relaxed and extremely valued as a customer. I found her to be attentive, interested in my needs and extremely helpful with suggestions and recommendations to help me get my skin looking better. I found Nadia to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and I highly recommend anyone looking for an excellent Beauty Bar to try Antidote Meridian. You won't be disappointed.

   Professional and efficient! I went there as a walk-in for the covid vaccine, and they had it all sorted out from registration, to administering the jab, to the 20 min observation. Very attentive and empathetic through out! And special shout to the staff handling the registration on the afternoon of Aug 22! There was an elderly lady in queue on a walking-aid, and although the staff was busy getting registration going etc, she paused to ask the lady if she needed a seat whilst waiting in line... Beautiful. I think despite them being front-liners and being (I believe) in need of rest, they still had so much love and care in them. Way to go staff at Antidote Meridian!
