   Terrible service with my eyebrows. I'm sure the person who served me didn't know what she was doing. She spent a long time on my eyebrows when it just needed a wax to tidy it up. But ended up reshaping my eyebrows to thin chopsticks. Annoyed as I was she had the nerve to tell me to use a pencil to make it thicker. Then suggested that she will take Abit more off too shape it better. nahh she had done enough and I was ready to leave. Then had the audacity to charge me for something I wasn't happy with. If you don't know what your doing, don't do it!!!!!

   Absolutely love this clinic, I have been a member with Caci around Auckland for the last 4 years and Caci Takanini has to be the best clinic. Their team is so professional yet friendly and really go out of their way to make the experience personalised and I feel so happy when I think about my routine treatments its something I always look forward to!    From the moment I arrived at the clinic, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. During my initial consultation each stage of the laser hair removal process was explained to me. By the time the treatment began I was prepared and not so apprehensive. Lovely and professional staff.
