   Sorry for a late review since yesterday just before closing for I was their last client which in turn became a first time experience of getting a fullhead color which was a little stretch in the bank but so bloody worth it. No regrets. The lady who did my hair, Nadeesha was amazing and kind and very good with her service as much as her passion in ensuring that her client is comfortable, satisfied and happy with the result in the end which did came out so beautiful and surprising. From being brunette my whole life to a whole new look of a colour that she helped me choose right. Ngl, while getting my hair tinfoiled I was falling asleep through the process lol and sitting in the chair for a good 3 hours would give you a great butt cramp a bit till you stretch them legs, walk a bit and youll feel much better again. Huh maybe next time for something like that, Ill bring a pillow just in case heh, Anyway its algoods, it was hella worth it for sure. So, thank you Nadeesha for doing my hair so good that I am still tripping out whenever I look into the mirror which means you did one hell of a job that took timing, patience, reassurance, the advice for hair treatment etc, and the love between you and your co-workers who became the best of friends to each other and ensuring that your clients dont feel uncomfortable in the space theyre in while getting their hair done. I appreciate it so much. And loving my hairr ahhh. So, thank you truly, to all of yous. Also, to the beautiful auntie with them amazing dreadlocks, thank you for your utmost loving help to not have Nadeesha doing it all alone also because it was so close to closing time but thank you

   The worst (porirua). They complain when you book a service online and say that it doesn’t show up on their screens but how are customers suppose to know? There’s a lady I went to, to cut my hair. She had dreadlocks, I asked for short layered curtain bangs and she decided to say no because she doesn’t like them? And says that she prefers long ones… she then proceeds to cut my bangs super uneven.. literally horrible. Don’t go there.

   Got my nose pierced here, first time was good service was good but the thing that made me put a 1 star is because they didn’t put a flat back connecting to the stud so it fell out. The stud constantly stabbed me inside my nose and was very uncomfortable. I decided to go to a proper place that does professional piercing and they said the lady should have applied a flat back with the stud. Will not be coming back what a waste of money and time. It’s common sense to put a flat back on a nose stud or else it’s just gonna fall out.

   My sister was nervous going to the hairdresser as she hadn't been in a long time. I noted this in the pre-appointment form they ask you to fill out when you book online. They barely acknowledged us when we arrived and made us wait 30 minutes past the appointment time with no apology. We waited longer than the haircut took. The woman who saw my sister didn't even wash her hair, she brushed it dry which is not good for naturally curly hair and didn't even ask her what she wanted done with her hair. Pretty gutted that this was my sister's experience after how long it's taken her to build her confidence up to go. Terrible service, would not recommend even for how cheap they are.

   Was told by the hair dresser (Priscilla),confidently that she will be able to even out the colour on my hair. All that happened was the roots of my hair was a lot lighter than the ends of it. Very disappointing and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone again.
