   The accommodation is really beautiful and the owner is very nice. He showed us everything, recommended restaurants nearby and helped us when we had any questions. The space is quite large with a terrace and parking space. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the accommodation spoiled our stay. It felt like only the bed linen was changed in the accommodation. It was really clean and fragrant, but the state of the kitchen is left after previous guests. And not everyone knows how to clean up after themselves. There were crumbs on the floor and carpet. After wiping the countertop in the kitchen we were left with a dirty towel. Unfortunately, the shower looked terribly dirty, so we preferred not to use it. As a finale to our stay, we had to kill cockroaches, which we are not used to, but of course we understand that there are more of them on the North Island. It was not pleasant at all, I think the cleanliness could really be better. we hope that after this review something will improve because the accommodation has a lot of potential and the owner is a really nice person Thank you

   We had a disappointing experience during our stay at this home. The place was dirty, especially the kitchen. All the kitchenware was filthy, which made it difficult to prepare any meals. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not working throughout our stay, which was a major inconvenience. Overall, the home did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend it to others until these issues are addressed.

   We made a very late booking online and didnt arrive till about 10pm (approx) the owner text us to see how our trip was going and to make sure we were ok...the upon arrival she was standing at the drive to greet us...the welcome was warm and lovely after a tiring drive...the room was very warm and cozy and it was a beautiful place to stay..couldn't rate this place high enough..and cant wait to come back for more than an overnight stay...

   Highly recommend!!! Absolutely loved it here, and will not hesitate to rebook when we are through again. Sue is an amazing host very approachable, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spotless with great decor. It was definately like our home away from home, with all the touches that make traveling with children that much easier. Super cosy, great shower pressure and the list goes on. Stunning views an easy commute into Tauranga and MT Maunganui well worth every penny. Looking forward to our next stay with or without the children!!

   Very nice guest house. Sue is very welcoming and know how to make yourself at home. The room was very cute, the bed very comfortable, bathroom and kitchenette equipment clean.
