Terrible service. Tyre was dropped off in the morning and had to follow up to see how much it would cost to replace. I should have been called to discuss how much it would have cost. Bad communication and dishonest. Would not come here again.
I needed my window regulator replaced, so I called another shop that quoted me $250 for two hours of labor. Crystal Automotive completed the same job in just 1.5 hours, and the total labor cost was $210—including a sun visor replacement. Highly recommend thier efficiency and fair pricing!

First time going here, took my car for WoF and one of the guys just looked at my car and said my tint was too dark. Without using any proper tools or equipment. Asked me to get the tint removed. I took it to another place and guess what got my WoF like a breeze. Asked the store if my tints were dark, they said No. please use proper tools to do your job without asking your customers to do something which will cost them even more, Do not recommend this place
Worse mechanics I've ever been , very bad customer service , the owner looks like he avoids certain customers bad communication skills , no work done on my vehicle , I do not recommend this kind of service to anyone.
Dont go to this place. Ripped off for sure. So took our vehicle and got it quoted. Had it paid for. The school holidays were on so we paid in full and repair not carried out yet. Once they were ready like 5 days later he fixes everything and it takes its time about 4 days we get our vehicle back. We are not impressed as our vehicle is still not sounding great. The old man says that we will have to bring the vehicle in again to fix. So... how can he not have picked this up before wof assessment? and then after we get the wof he suggests bringing the car in for another $500 charge. Not impressed. Not only that, they are not directly rude but have no sense of customer service. Treat people roughly just because they probably have so many customers. Really not impressed and was very expensive. Go take your money to others with a good reputation and who treats you resprectfully and in a timely manner.
