   I have found the attitude of more than one staff to be unfriendly, irritable and dismissive. In addition, the design of reception is poor, resulting in people queuing in a general queue when they have specific appointments for a particular service

   I wish there was a -5 star - we had the worst experience. The guy Nathan behind the counter was incredibly rude he definitely should not be in a customer service roll - not just rude to us but to the elderly man in front of him also. Absolutely disgusting. The lady’s were both amazing and helpful! Reading these reviews there’s a problem and upper management needs to do something about this disrespectful rude guy!

   Really bad attitude from one of the members…Nathan? He was the only guy there. But literally watched him be quite disrespectful to a customer in front of me and question their paperwork without being very helpful. I walked away after hearing how he spoke to someone like that, since I have no intention of dealing with someone who can easily speak to people who are literally there to get help…..in the wrong profession.

   I had a large group of students through the AA Centre Dunedin for their Learners Licence test. Nathan the Customer Service Consultant was absolutely fantastic. He was so patient and supportive to the students and I. He was calm and explained everything to the students that were a bag of nerves prior to their test. Nothing was a problem from him and I appreciated it on the busy day!

   My experiences with AA have always been great. One particular receptionist lady is very patient and helpful. A year ago, I went in to book the theory test. And when I had to do the eyesight test I couldn't read any letters. I got really panicked (I have prescription glasses but don't need it most of the times). The lady then calmly told me, "That's okay, try looking outside at the church for a few seconds. Your eyes just haven't readjusted for long vision after filling out the form". And voila it worked like magic. She then wished me good luck before the test. I didn't pass and was really crushed I almost cried. She once again showed empathetic gesture when I told her I failed and had to rebook another test. This year, I came again to book the restricted licence test. I remember her face, and remember how kind she was to me. She does look tired but still nice nevertheless. This time too, she wished me good luck for my test.
