The young man assisting was clearly irritated. Not sticking to agreed-upon appointment times. Really poor people skills. Not a great experience for a first time doing WOF. Would honestly not recommend. Luckily got WOF sorted, so thank you for that.
Avoid this shop. He sold me a tyre that was sitting outside at the back of his shop for $50 . Then one of my mags were covered with grease and did not clean it but when i asked him he threading me that he will call the cops.
I have done my service from automotive centre, it was very bad experience, staff is not good as well as then didn’t work properly like some things is not done , I have add some photo like Air conditioner cap didn’t fit. I am not satisfied from the AUTOMOTIVE CENTRE MANUREWA, THANKS
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! BUYER BEWARE!! DON'T GO HERE!!! My car broke down on the road I topped up the oil and then drove it to this mechanic as it was the closest one to where I was at the time. (I did not read the reviews). I arrived at 10.30 am and Biren Prasad advised me that it would cost $250 to replace the oil and the filter. I agreed. I came back at 3 pm and paid the $250. I drove the car off thinking everything had been fixed, but on the way back to my house the car broke down on SH1 Motorway. I phoned Biren and he said he could send a tow truck to pick up the car for $90. So I agreed. I waited on the busy motorway for the tow truck to arrive. It was extremely dangerous after the tow truck took the car back to Manurewa Automotive Centre I called a family member to come pick me up off the motorway to bring me home. The next day Biren called me to tell me my car was completely stuffed and offered me $250 cash to buy the car from me. I told him no and that I would organise for the car to be picked up. I found a wreckers company to pick it up the same day who paid me $1,200 cash. I met the wreckers at the mechanics where I paid Biren the $90 for the tow truck. Honestly, I don't know how to describe this man and this business as anything but thieves!
Worst service. I asked him one question to clarify something on the phone, he just hung up on me. Rude Rude
My car window couldn’t wind up after the flood a few months ago, so I took my car to them as they were the closest mechanics to fix my window. They charged me $400, the window only worked once, that day. It’s like they never fixed it. Not only that but they ruined my interior. Literally a rip off and a total waste of money. You are all con artists. I need a refund.

These guys are a rip off. Do not use them. Charged me $2 grand to fix my car, and didn't even fix it. Only my brake lights.
I had everything they needed to do my servicing. He quoted me $350 for 1 hour labour. This company is run by liars who will scam you out of your money! I REPEAT do not take your car to them. I then told the guy I was a mechanic, he started to be rude and then hung up on me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO RIPOFFS.
