I had the front of my car repaired after I was reversed into. They did a very tidy job of replacing the broken grille, and let me know how I could get my personalised plates remade and included in the insurance claim too. My car was exceptionally well cleaned when I picked it up as well.
Final result is as expected but I wouldn't go back. The loan car was worth less than the repairs, falling apart, broken and frankly an embarrassment to Bridgman Street. I expected more, especially when I was charged for the car. They painted my repaired bumper the wrong colour - after having it for three days. I had to take it back for the work to be redone with the correct colour. I declined the loan car this time. A waste of my time. They only get 3 stars because the final repair is acceptable.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I was coming out of my street (which connects to the main road), and as soon as I saw a car from Bridgeman Street Panelbeaters approaching, I STOPPED to give way — and to my shock, the guy in that car gave me the middle finger for no reason at all. Completely unprovoked. This kind of attitude is pathetic and unprofessional. If this is how they treat people on the road, I can only imagine how they treat their customers. I strongly advise others to avoid giving their business to a place with such arrogant and disrespectful behaviour.
Friendly, helpful service - they communicated with my insurance for me so everything went smoothly, were able to squeeze the repairs in at short notice as I'm not in the area for long, and even got it done faster than expected. Plus the car had been cleaned inside and out when I went to collect it, something else off my to-do list!
They did a high-quality repair on the paintwork on my car. They matched the paint expertly, and the car now looks fantastic!
Fantastic service and attention to detail. Extra bonus seeing my car had received a clean and polish on top of the repairs! Lovely friendly ladies on reception too, 10/10!
