   Rang theses guy up looking for parts for my husbands car lady i talked to took my information as she was not the person that i needed to talk too and said she would pass it on 2 days later im still waiting for someone to ring me back not recommend at all to deal with they cant even call back there customers so i moved on and found somewhere els to buy from and much better service.    Filled out request for availability of an electric aerial for my vehicle. That was over a week ago & have since emailed with still no reply. Clearly they don't need the business so I shall make my purchase elsewhere & certainly won't try this company again.

   Got sent the wrong part, called and called Said they’d send the right part & swap the incorrect one at the same time. Waited for the to contact me once they had the part in stock. Didn’t contact back, called them. Told me I needed to send the incorrect part back, for the right one to be sent, Waited for them to sort out couriers.. By the end of it when i would call they knew me by name & rego so they knew i was waiting ! Finally got the right part in after about a month and a half. Will use any other parts store to get the parts I require next time.

   Had contact with this vendor late May re a body panel. Sent photo in response to their request. Prompt correspondence, grammatically correct (i.e. bogans”). “… looking into it now, will get back to you shortly …”. Still waiting for “shortly” to arrive (23 July). Vehicle long since repaired. Time wasters.

   They sent the wrong part, then wouldn't courier the correct one until I had returned the first. Now they won't refund the postage even though they said they'd done it several times. Totally untrustworthy.
