   Workmanship - 10/10 superb - even polished the yellowing headlight & valeted the interior! Service experience.... 2/10 (and only for the polite manner) called early Jan after a minor holiday ding - website & phone system (offering a call-back from a care manager) said Open -nope! the next week got booked in (they tried to book in on Wellington Anniversary...had to correct them) then said they needed it for 4 days, fair enough - when I called day 4 for an update the excuses started, leaving a 1 car family with a toddler (yes, they were aware of this) scrambling for transport over another weekend, and couldn't even guarantee it would be ready Monday avo...making a 4 day estimate into 8 days! to rub salt in when I asked about the courtesy car option at that point was told '"sorry booked til Feb", not that this was even offered at the start - and this is from a referral endorsed by AA insurance as a top repairer :-( Would not recommend.

   The best in the area. Was already booked to a different place and thought I’ll try R S Panel Porirua and was worth it. Customer service to what I want to fix on my car via my insurance claim and they are the best in the business. Thanks to the manager at Porirua branch you made my experience super easy and didn’t take long for me to get my car back as I requested. Definitely come back appreciate it team at Porirua.

   The service at this business is very very very slow. They took 6 weeks to replace my car key then I took my car back to them for a smaller painting repearment and that small job was done in 5 days. I just think they wasted time and did nothing really only wasted time. You should be more efficient when you doing a job. Make sure you check a car fully rather than being so so slow and fixing bits by bits think if it were a big job you probably would have taken a year to finish a repearment.
