   My car went in for a replacement windscreen and came back with paint chipped off of the bonnet edge. They refused to take responsibility even though my car had been detailed two days earlier. Now I have to get the paint repaired again. Save yourself a headache and take your car somewhere they take pride in their work.

   Poor service - didn't fix plastic trim properly, difficult to get hold of to sort out, lost our insurance details. Wouldn't use again if I had a choice!

   went in last week spoke to a man for a quote and was happy with the price so booked for the following tuesday, i come on time on tuesday and spoke to a you lady there and was then told that their system cancels bookings automatically if not booked online, I had no knowledge of this the man told me it was confirmed booking but apparently not the lady said she couldn’t do it today or probably rest of the week because of the system. what a shocking system absolutely disgusted do not even try this place now i have to take more time out of work and study to go to novus who is really easy and onto it wish i knew that from the start. smith and smith hastings. sort it out!
