“Yumcha is a favorite way of eating and sharing Chinese cuisine. Imperial Palace is a great way to enjoy a Sunday brunch with friends and family with large tables and plenty of space. There are plentiful dishes to choose from and the staff even comes around with carts like you find in China. The food is delicious and make sure you order tea as it is a must.”

“I had gone recently on Christmas Day for my daughters 4th birthday and all staff were super friendly and accommodating but one really stood out to me because she really helped me with doing my daughters cakes from bringing it to us, lighting the candle and packing it back up. To getting me coins for my kids to play on the claw machine, I didn’t get her name but I hope she knows she’s amazing and I’m so grateful to her!”

“I recently tried the Veg Patty Burger from Wow Burger, a brand under Pizza Club, and I was thoroughly impressed! The burger had a perfectly cooked, flavorful veg patty that was juicy and well-seasoned. The bun was fresh, and the toppings complemented it perfectly. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying experience that I’d highly recommend!”

“If you haven't been to Valentine's within the last year than you probably don't know how much it has improved. From the service, atmosphere to the food itself, it is really amazing. They've pretty much made themselves into the Valentine's in North shore, but now we don't have to make the trip all the way out there for a good quality Valentines. We had dinner here, they have a live chef that cooks lamb, steak, chicken or whatever you want from the glass cabinet. A great selection of hot foods and even a seafood boil with crab, prawns and mussels. Unlimited prawns, oysters and mussels mmm what more could you ask for! “I recently visited the BurgerFuel branch in Manukau, and I have to say, it was an overall great experience with just a few things worth noting. First and foremost, the quality of the food really stood out. The burgers are clearly made fresh to order – you can taste the difference as soon as you take the first bite. The ingredients are vibrant and full of flavour, and nothing feels like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp. The patties were juicy, the sauces were well-balanced, and the buns held up nicely without getting soggy. One thing I appreciated in particular is that their chicken burgers are made using free-range chicken, which is a big plus for me. It’s good to know that they’re making more ethical choices when it comes to sourcing their ingredients, and it definitely adds to the quality and taste of the meal. You get that clean, tender bite that’s hard to find in fast food. The staff were friendly and the service was quick despite it being a busy time when I went in. The place was clean and had that classic BurgerFuel vibe – edgy, modern, and well-kept. It’s a cool spot to grab a bite, whether you’re eating in or taking it to go. That said, the only downside for me would be the price. While I understand you’re paying for quality and the use of free-range meat, the burgers are a bit on the pricey side compared to other burger joints in the area. You’re easily looking at over $20 for a burger and fries combo, and that’s before any drinks or extras. So it’s not the kind of place I’d visit on a tight budget or for a casual everyday meal. But for an occasional treat or if you’re after a burger that’s a cut above the rest, it’s definitely worth it.”

“Haven’t been here for years but finally went back last week for my mum’s birthday and it was just like old times. Genghis Khan will never disappoint. Good value for money with variety of meat and vegetables to cook your nice yummy meal. Staff always so prompt and helpful. My go to restaurant for a lazy feed. Also you get to dine for $1 only if it’s your birthday and you have at least 3 paying adults. Thank you for your amazing service over the many years.”

“The food here is the best. I advise the mummy pork ribs and the tom yum fish head noodles. Most importantly, the food is super duper yummy. There aren't many tables. You can pretty much walk in and get a table during non-peak hours. Otherwise amazing.”

“I stay here frequently…. So why? The single room is perfect… a classic, traditional pub hotel room. No pretending, spotlessly clean, well appointed will all the quintessentials. This property represents absolute excellent value. Furthermore, these marvellous old pubs are a what cities were once about. The bar and food is excellent too… I received a 10% discount chit that was an added bonus for my stay on all food and beverage. Thank you…. XX”

“I had to make a sudden trip to Wellington on Friday morning, so I was looking for accommodation late Thursday night. I called the hotel on Johnston Street, and a gentleman at the reception was extremely helpful, he arranged for an early check-in at 8 AM on Friday. Everything was well organised, the room was very clean, and I felt extremely comfortable during my stay. I was also able to work from the apartment without any issues. Please pass on my sincere thanks to the gentleman at the reception (the one with curly hair) for his assistance, as well as to the Indian lady who helped with my checkout and kindly kept my bag safe until I left in the evening.”
