We had an amazing Christmas Lunch here. The service was fantastic, drinks were great and the food was incredible! We felt really looked after by the two waiters and would highly recommend to anybody in the area.
Kia ora. We had a staff function there, and it was an awesome experience. There were several groups who were there when we were. We were very lucky to be in the function room - which allowed us to talk and enjoy the food. We had the $55 set menu, definitely recommend for groups who are going to eat there. The garlic bread was delicious! Soft and crunchy, 100% recommend. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the pork belly and salads were fantastic. We especially loved the cocktails, and the customer service was good. The staff did an amazing job making the experience as enjoyable as possible. They did a great job under pressure from the patrons in the building. Thank you so much
Huge portions great for sharing. The cauliflower was a standout and would absolutely recommend. Super friendly staff but after meal was ordered didn't come back to ask if we wanted anything additional. Lovely chilled environment.
Incredible new menu, lovely outdoor garden. can highly recommend the duck breast, tandoori lamb chops and the mango panan cocktail, amazing service
Garlic bread was the best I've had from anywhere! Partners chicken burgers 5 thumbs up. Fish of the day cooked well - first time where I actually enjoyed the vegetables more than the fish. Great great food. Service effective with meals brought out quickly for our large table. Would definitely recommend
Great main but dessert was left wanting. Sundae was like something from the 80s - nice ice cream, supermarket berry sauce (yuck) and 100s and 1000s (I’m not 4). Service was impeccable. Nick was was fun, informative, professional and had us in fits of laughter. He really looked after us. Nice restaurant but kept my jacket on as it was cold. I would recommend this place for the service and food was generally good overall. Nick was awesome and made us feel that we left feeling great about our dining experience - don’t lose him Butcher….
Went to go try the Wellington on a Plate burger and it was absolutely delicious, especially for a vegetarian burger. The price was also extremely reasonably. The service was excellent which made the experience so much more enjoyable.
I love going here. The food is a bit on the expensive side but its totally worth it! The steak is always cooked to perfection and is a never lacking in flavour. The staff here are super friendly and pride themselves their ability to provide the best customer service experience. Tonight was trivia night and the host was so entertaining. Its also family friendly and has good food choices for the kiddies.
