Food tastes good. However the core is reddish/pinkish. Please improve this both for food safety as well as customers' peace if mind
The team member at the counter — who I believe was one of the kitchen staff — had a very positive impact on our visit. As soon as we entered, he greeted us with a warm smile and friendly attitude. He explained the membership program to us and even made a few light-hearted jokes. Although we hadn’t started ordering yet, the interaction already made us feel happy and welcomed. It was a great first impression.
I waited 50 mins and got nothing. Holy the portions are tiny I got 4 thighs and I got 4 pieces of chucken the size of wings that’s not what a thigh is and the picture was completely different to what I got And expensive not worth it
I went here on a Wednesday around 6p, the food was great. i had the lemon chicken and a portion for one was more than enough. plus the broccoli was sooo delicious that i want to try to make when i get back home. there was plenty of seating options available
DISGUSTING. The staff just looks sad and don’t want to be there. We waited almost 50 minutes after ordering and had to tell the waitress our food was on the pass waiting to be given to us after walking past it 3 times. The place made me feel dirty, stains, uncleaned tables, FLIES. When it arrived it was burnt and hardly any meat. The grain salad tasted awful I left it and we weren’t given the drinks we paid for. I saw 4 other tables get up to complain about the wait. I’m a huge UK Nando’s fan but this place needs to be shut down by head office. DIRTY, SLOW, NO CARE. Waste of money.
Deliciously flame grilled chicken. Always such a busy spot so I tried it out and it was delicious. Despite how busy the place was, it only took 20mins for the food to come out which was great. The $40 combo for a full chicken and two sides was perfect to fill two adults. Easy ordering via online system was great. Plenty of glass cups and cutlery around, along with plenty of choices of Nandos sauces. Great experience all out :)
My son was very disappointed ☹️ to see a slug fall out of his burger. I'm happy that it did or else he would have consumed it causing more problems. When he informed the staff they just said sorry. My son did not make a scene so they just got away with it but as a mother I want the restaurant to know that this is a big negligence of not checking a dish before being served. The chef has not made sure that the veges were clean before using it on the dish. Please look into this matter to prevent a fatal food poison accident.
Nando's does not allow pay in cash, that's the only teeny downside for tourists. Other than that, it's so very delicious for a hungry foodie.
Ambience is superb. Chicken flavour was ok. Garlic bread bun was not fresh. French fries was nice.
Had take away yesterday but dined in today for lunch, food is consistent with the Nando’s brand and it was good. For dine in the restaurant is quite spacious and has many tables, you order and pay at the counter but the food is sent to your table if you dine in. Seemed like they were short of staff but it was clean enough and tables were eventually cleared once the staff had time.
