   Have visited the restaurant on a few occasions. Always liked it that is why kept coming back. But after today’s experience don’t thing will ever return. Arrogant service staff. More interested on a personal call then deal with guests. The manager was not any better, with no regard for requests. Blatantly denies request for cancellation of order and refund after not able to get the order ready for the time requested. Reply to the owners Please read special Comments before accepting orders. Specific instructions were for a 5pm pick. If you not capable to do it do not accept peoples money, and order. There are other restaurants I can go to. Which definitely I will be. Shameful attitude all around.

   We hired the venue for a 21st birthday celebration and it was an excellent choice. Food was deliciously tasteful with a strong reminder of Indian culinary authenticity and uniqueness. The ambience was cosy and intimate and guests felt comfortable to embrace the freedom to enjoy. The restaurant team were fabulous who went above and beyond to ensure their service was second to none. Highly recommended for such events and no doubt the chefs have a special mark here!

   Wow. Awesome place for hosting a party. Lovely customer service, yummy food. Atmosphere was just wow. We had my sister's 40th here. It was worth it. Brother Dilraj was the person I dealt with. He was very kind and helpful. Just made our party so easy. His staffs were very hardworking and always smiling and helpful. Please do try this place. No regrets from our family. Everyone really enjoyed the food and the place itself.

All meals have generous portion size and cooked to perfection, servers always friendly, smiling and respectful. Made my dads birthday celebration memorable. Thank you

   We have been eating at this restaurant for years and they have generally always been very good. The food usually never disappoints, and I love their butter chicken and naan. The vegetarian noodles and Manchurian we order are also great. One thing I must point out are the prices which are quite high. Actually, it’s more the fact they do not include rice and it costs extra. If it was included, then the prices would not bother me. My biggest drawback are the wait times. This has been an issue for as long as I can remember. Whether you are ordering through dine-in or takeaway, meals seem to take ages. They will often say 15-30 minutes but last night it took 45 minutes. Overall, I would recommend Indian Accent Botany as the food is very nice and this is consistent. There are just a couple of small issues that can be improved.

   We booked by phone and arrived after 930pm. Restaurant was quite busy, but we were seated within a couple of minutes. Ordered Chicken 65, Lamb Saagwala, with Garlic Cheese Naans and a Chicken Vindaloo Meal with Lacha Pranthas to takeaway. The reviews for this restaurant were positive and they didn’t disappoint. The food was tasty and delicious.
