“I like this pharmacy as it’s in the mall so it’s open until 9 on Thursdays which is super convenient. The staff are really efficient, helpful and friendly. More often than not, they have stuff that other pharmacies don’t and also a wide range of makeup and perfumes that are out of stock in other stores. Have collected most of my meds from this pharmacy and never had any issues and also receive text msg notifications that my script is ready for pick up. Nice work team!”

They have picked up on dangerous drug interactions missed by doctors when prescribing them, they are respectful of patient privacy when discussing medications around other customers, the vaccinations Mohamad gives are quick and painless, and they give excellent recommendations. I am always so impressed by how they always have ensure you’re well informed about what you’re being prescribed, even printing out information sheets and talking through complex dosages. They also have incredible integrity - they realised I had been charged full price for an item on discount so they contacted me a week later to let me know they were crediting my account. They provide service, attentiveness and care that you just can’t find at the big franchise pharmacies. I love supporting Coast Care Pharmacy and have had many friends switch to them after hearing me talk about them and subsequently join the loyal fan club.”
