   The best pharmacy. People here are very helpful, understands your concern and always ready to help. My only regret is not starting Pilldrop sooner. My meds arrive always ahead of time and never had any stock issues. They are always just a phone call away. I am very greatful for all that you do.

   I've been using PillDrop for four years and can honestly say I have been very happy with the service. If a prescription or dosage changes, they contact me to make sure the change was correct. If I think the doctor's surgery has made a mistake, they contact the surgery to verify the prescription. They have never missed a delivery and on some occasions, when receiving the prescription in the morning, have delivered it to me on that afternoon. Best of all, the sachets are clearly labelled with the date and time I need to take the tablets. I've become a forgetful in my dotage and when my prescriptions were provided in bottles and blister packs, and was sometimes left wondering if I had taken a tablet.

   Last few months they have stuff my medication, promises of delivery on one day and leaving till I've run out of medication. I've had to keep calling back to follow up. Slowest and less reliable service I've dealt with. Would not reccommend. Yes I have got the right pharmacy! As I can't mistake calling you guys both pharmacy and delivery, just to get I'm sorry when you guys stuff up and I'm without the medication I need . I rather go back to paying fir delivery as I receive it in time no problems.

   Been using pill drop for two years now and they are awesome! Pills delivered straight to your door within days, very kind staff if you have any questions and deliver everywhere. As someone who takes multiple medications daily, I appreciate their services being so hassle free!

   Never seen a pharmacy with fast service, they are the best. My dad just switched from his local pharmacy to awesome Pilldrop and he never seems to worry about running low. They request for his script and delivered it to his doorstep. Highly recommend.

   First time trying service. After a week of hearing nothing from them I rang and was told I owed shipping fee. They mentioned a text message (which i later found out from them was never sent) passing the delay onto me. Poor service, communication and delay causing me to run out of prescription. Would not reccomend. Response to owner: Just to clarify, no issue with paying fee. I went to your service via my Dr, not via your website (so did not see the fee). In the future please inform your customers why things are delayed instead of waiting a week for them to call you and find out why. As mentioned, i did not get a text message your customer service team said should have been sent. That was the failure.

   My husband and I were the first couple in Aparangi Retirement Village, Te Kauwhata, to start using Pilldrop for our medicines. No fees attached or courier costs. I found them on the internet. It soon spread, by word of mouth, to the whole village,town and beyond. The team at Pilldrop, are very helpful and will go above and beyond to advise.    Pilldrop Pets are an absolutely incredible service. Have your vet email the script to these people and order your meds. Fast delivery and the savings on my dogs insulin are incredible. I cant recommend them highly enough, thank you so much for making my dogs medications so much more affordable.
