   I took my daughter and son for their immunisations today. Vicky reassured my children and made the experience as seamless as possible. My older child, who has an aversion to needles, was made to feel comfortable and their concerns were listened to, Vicky also supplied helpful information about what would likely happen after the immunisation and that helped allay their fears. I will definitely go back for future immunisations!
