   I bought a thermometer that is not sensitive and my mum can't use it. They said it cannot be returned unless it is broken. Such a bad shopping experience!

   Was waiting in the pharmacy for 10min waiting to be served. The staff weren't to interested in serving me so I voted with my feet and found another pharmacy interested in helping.

   A bad handling of a routine prescription has left our whole family very stressed we now have to find alternative provider. They very strict with no compassion to patients that have anxiety and mental health issues. Maybe if you walked in our shoes you would have more compassion. Our family will not be returning.

   Worst Medical staff ever - Have tried them multiple times and after all the experience am certain - They the worst.. Act super strict - feels like you have gone to a school with old stupid teachers . Always give a doubt look, treated people like untouchable during covid . Answer very rudely - personally and over the phone.. wish another pharmacy opens close by..

   Upon handing over my prescription, one of the head chemists decided she didn't like the trend in times I had renewed my prescriptions recently, and informed me - in front of staff and customers - she would not be releasing my medication. She was rude, on a power-trip and disinterested in discussing the matter with any level of discretion, decorum or allowance for recourse. As someone with a serious disorder who depends on my medication, I felt humiliated and treated like a criminal. When I attempted to explain, I had been experiencing difficulties with my medication recently, already discussed the issue with my doctor and had a referral to review the dosage. I was informed [paraphrasing] "well it can be something your doctor explains when he calls". It was not properly explained to me that I maintained the right to request my prescription back [she seemed intent on keeping it to teach me a lesson], and I was forced to contact my doctor and subsequently charged for another consultation, just to have him phone-in and request the medication released. Would this chemist withhold medication from someone else with a different disorder? Perhaps depression or bipolar? I dread to consider the damage one could cause. Without the required expertise I was judged based on a misunderstanding of my circumstances, with high conviction and without any implication of what depriving me of medication could entail. I believe her conduct was not only unprofessional but actually constitutes as discrimination. It is my opinion she should not be in medicine. I will never come back to this pharmacy.

   The pharmacist must be the new manager or owner. She’s the rudest and most disrespectful lady Iv ever met, looked at me like I was diseased. Lady at the counter was lovely she got a fright when the lady came storming out from behind her own counter. the Iv lived in BHB for years and this pharmacy has always had excellent customer service. New people, and néw times, maybe because of this virus that is clearly not an imminent threat to society. Maybe it made you cold and callous ppl, I wonder. I can walk into every other pharmacy without a mask except for this one. Sadly they don’t believe it’s discrimination. I had an exemption but the pharmacist didn’t care. I can’t wear one for medical reasons but they didn’t care..they did however still want my money as they came over standing close by with the eftpos machine while I stood outside. So from now on I’ll avoid this pharmacy as much as I can. Haven’t worn a mask since Oct21 and this is the first time iv been treated like this. think about the BFT down the road from you where you dont wear a mask and even sharing sweat. Look around you, Use your common sense and Please read the covid website and inform yourself. Also stop living In fear or you’ll end up dying of stressing yourself out before a variant even gets to your toes.

   Booked for the flu vaccine for myself and daughter, when I got there, got told daughter was too young...she is 15 years old, so I told her its not the covit vaccine, its the flu one, she still told me no, go to my GP. Then I said since I was already there, can I have mine done, she told me the person is on her break!!!! It has FAILED on so many levels, she got my cell phone number and couldn't be bother to call me to stop my coming in, and the booking was for both of us so if she can't do it I should of, this is soooo bad, I wouldn't trust them with my prescriptions either now. Our family used this pharmacy for so many years, they were so good, what happened?!!!
