What fantastic service! I was having to hop on a plane that afternoon and needed some health advice so popped into Waterloo Pharmacy cause there was no way I could get into my doctor. Chris had a look at my issue and suggested that I might need antibiotics and recommended Carehq if I needed a doctors prescription. I had an online consultation and the prescription was sent directly to Chris within an hour. Thanks Chris for your invaluable advice and care, very much appreciated!

Chris is a delight whenever I head to our local pharmacy and since we found out we were hapu and got the diabetes diagnosis, we see him a lot! He’s super knowledgeable and I’ve personally found that it’s nice to chat to a parent who has done it before exactly what we need to get prepped for those first new-parent weeks. So stoked to have moved into the neighbourhood near a pharmacist that can dispense a smile as well as what we need to keep our family healthy.
We started using Chris at Waterloo Pharmacy when dad was terminally I’ll.Chris was very kind and caring and above all helpful with sound advice. Since then he has helped us navigate our own new medical issues and medication. He reminds us when our prescriptions must be getting low or repeats due so we never run out. We appreciate the warm welcome when you enter the chemist and friendly chit chat. Chris had been and still is wonderful. Thank you Chris.
Chris has looked after us over the past few years with so much care. His knowledge has supported us through some really challenging situations - and he is so genuine and personable in his approach. Even when we moved from Lower to Upper Hutt we stayed with Waterloo as we appreciated his professionalism and advice so much!
