   Greenhithe Pharmacy and all the team make up the best little pharmacy in NZ. Whether you need advice for your children, a gift for a friend or more comprehensive advice, the team are always helpful and friendly and offer no judgement. Where this Pharmacy really shines is the Wellness Clinic with Sam. This really has changed my life - and I don't say that lightly! Migraines, fatigue, poor immunity, bad skin... life was a daily struggle until I started working with Sam. Sam is thorough, knowledgeable and easy going which makes it easy to talk to him about your symptoms and concerns. Its been over 2 years now and my skin is great, I haven't been sick in a very very long time, energy levels are up and I've had just a handful of migraines (rather than several per month!). It definitely took practice and patience to get everything under control but knowing there are people out there who genuinely can help is a game changer. I can not recommend Sam, Cindy and the team more.

   Very grateful for Sam's excellent customer care. I was experiencing a terrible pain flare and wanted to see if a certain supplement could help. Sam provided excellent advice and went the extra mile to courier the order overnight. We both knew it might not arrive next day because of issues on the couriers end, but I'm happy to say it arrived by midday. So rare to find such caring and considerate people. Really appreciated the effort and care. 10/10 will highly recommend.

   Customer service is pretty good, but the only thing to reduce my star rating is the (admittedly very situationally) inconvenient fact that they're closed on Sundays - one can understand closing early on a Saturday, it's a weekend, but if I need to pick up a prescription or a repeat script that I ran out of as of Saturday morning, but of course expected to be able to replace that day so didn't think much of giving it more leeway, get delayed coming and arrive fifteen minutes too late, then I have to wait until Monday (having to miss medication that's supposed to be daily) when I didn't think to check if they'd be open because 'surely they'll be open, providing medication is an essential service.' Gave me a bit of a heart attack today, but I should be all right - thankfully it's not one of those ones which mess up badly if you forget a day. Not annoyed about it, just had a bit of a stressful day as a result. In retrospect, definitely should have come to pick it up earlier but it didn't fit into my schedule and I thought I'd be fine 'cos I didn't expect an essential service to have such adjusted weekend hours. Were they open on Sunday, even if for limited hours, I'd have been able to come in tomorrow morning and not miss any medication. Does make one wonder if it's a problem of being short-staffed for a weekend shift or something though. Great customer service though, friendly staff. Always have a good experience here save for the 'wait they're not open on Sundays' heart attack.

   Sam is terrific as is his team with providing tech information on products. They also have a good supply of Metagenics (pharmaceutical grade supplements) and the order I placed was shipped the next business day. Great response time, A+ in communication and the services they offer in terms of health are great and non bias. It is evident that Sam genuinely cares for peoples health and his knowledge on which products would assist with his clients needs is beneficial.

   Sam and his team are amazing! I live on another side of bridge, but it's not a problem to come to this pharmacy because they are professionals. They do not try to sell you everything; they give you only what you need. It is more than just pharmacy - Sam and his team can help you with excellent advice before you go to see your doctor.

My daughter has a severe needle phobia and Sam was amazing in creating a calm, reassuring environment especially for her to be vaccinated in recently. The whole team are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable - an invaluable local resource.

   I highly recommend Sam and his team at Greenhithe Pharmacy. My family and friends have been going to Sam for various consultations for many years. Their experiences have always been so positive, Sam and his team are so friendly and their knowledge is amazing. I was diagnosed with a medical condition which has no cure. I was always tired and generally felt unwell. Sam is so professional and approachable, he worked with me to find the best solution and supplements to help me build my immune system up and generally feel well. I now feel great, I have plenty of energy and no longer feel tired on a daily basis. Sam has provided me with the tools and confidence to work with my condition positively. Greenhithe Pharmacy is definitely well worth a visit, the best in Auckland.

   I feel I can always go and talk to Sam and his team for anything before rushing to the Doctor and know to get great advice. The team are always friendly, know your name and are very knowledgeable and on top of that they have a fantastic range of supplements, gifts and other bits and pieces. Sam is very compassionate and has been a great help with both myself and my daughters as we all have been treated by him in his clinic and I trust him completely. He is easy to talk to (even for my teenage daughters) about anything and his expertise and care have helped us all through numerous health issues. I know other Greenhithe residents that have been to see Sam and they have all had great results and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
