“We opted for a range of share plates in lieu of mains - the pull-apart garlic loaf, pork belly bites, bacon wrapped scallops and calamari. Four plates was enough to fill two of us up, and the food was AMAZING - just good food well prepared and executed. I stepped out to take a phone call and by the time I came back, our food had arrived. The staff were awesome - personable, attentive, authentic and helpful. Kate in particular put us right at ease and was the consummate host. A nice, quiet table, great music not too loud to preclude conversation, and staff that seem like they actually want to be here dealing with you... that was the point of difference! Highly recommended.”

“We were served by Ash who provided top notch 5 star service. She made sure our drink and meal orders were taken promptly and all served at the right time. The meals were great. Ash settled our bill at the end accurately to our satisfaction so we were very happy with our experience at Khandallah Trading company. The place is highly recommend.”

“the interior is so cool but i kinda got mixed up with the escalators and the stairs were kinda weird for leading into a bunch of different stores like the back of daiso. very spacious area but it feels lonely without a massive amount of people. i hope more ppl will visit this place so i can follow the crowd if i need to get out of the building.”

“Just want to pass my thanks onto the guy who today helped me find an inexpensive solution to use my laptop for a monitor on my musicians Video Camera. We had a few technical challenges, but got it sorted using an HDMI Video Capture Dongle and a simple USB C to A plug. Everything works as it should and the connections are simple and tidy...I'm so pleased! Your staff member was very knowledgeable and patient...a credit to Jaycar New Lynn. “We used Looksharp Wairau Rd for all of the decor and the balloons for our company's 30th birthday - it was 1990's themed with neon colours and smiley faces and they were so helpful. We asked for delivery for the balloons part of our order, and it wasn't their usual service and we paid for it but it was so worth it - really great service from the team and responded to emails with queries for different stock swiftly. Highly recommend this store, thank-you!”

“I went to Look Sharp to get some helium balloons filled. While I was there, I received fantastic service. Even though the team were busy, they kindly took the time to answer my questions and put together my order, which was quite a few balloons. They even tied the balloons together and showed me how to hold them so they wouldn't blow away. I highly recommend Look Sharp for getting helium filled balloons!”

“The strata lounge with China airlines (also others) in Auckland airport is spacious and well maintained above my expectations. “Every time I have visited this location, the staff are super helpful. And that is coming from a techy electrical engineer/sales engineer who knows a lot about this kind of stuff and usually wants to be left to shop alone, but the staff are not overly pushy and genuinely helpful. Also coming from someone who worked computer/electronic retail for almost 15 years in the states. So when I say this store is doing the right thing the right way, that comes from a lot of experience. Most recently I stopped in to purchase a simple item, just a stove cook top for some rural cooking on a holiday vacation, I even knew what I wanted of course. There were none in stock for the one I truly wanted, it happens, and I didn't have time to go or choose somewhere else, so when the woman approached me about needing any help, and confirmed they were out of stock with what I wanted initially. I felt good that I could pivot to something similar, and in the end a bit closer to what I needed anyway. Overall, she helped me settle on something else, confirmed pricing and brought out the item from the back to purchase at the front desk. I wasn't harped about extended warranties, etc which I don't personally buy with these commodity items, and usually self repair if I even deem it worth it or necessary. Purchased easy enough and went on with my packing for the trip that day. Would definitely come back. I haven't visited the Mount Maunganui location lately, but as far as this experience goes, it was above the quality of the times I have visited the Mount location. Not by a lot, just enough to be noticeable. Though maybe that location has improved as well. Whatever you are doing, keep up the great work.”
