1. Mess ★☆☆☆☆

   If I could , i would give it -5 . Horrible customer service . went there to buy some items. One of the checkout counters was out of service (i guess was lunch time) and the other one was empty. But there was a lady with short grey hair sitting there (the closed checkout) stapling some items while I stood there for five minutes waiting to pay. She looked at me and continued what she was doing. She didn't help me, didn't call anyone else, and didn't even speak to me . The biggest disaster was that I had to return the items and leave right under her nose and yet she didn't lift a finger. I felt insulted and disrespected. It was the worst customer service I've experienced in my 40 years of life. It's truly regrettable.

   Went in on a busy Tuesday morning looking for event wrist bands. Both staff I asked knew exactly what I was talking about and pointed me in the right direction (unlike another store that kept sending me to the ribbon isle and got mad when I asked again). $5 for 50 so not bad on the price either

   Poor customer services. This is my first time at Manukau branch. I have no idea where to queue. The staff was not bothered to advise me where I can wait. After the lady in front of me left, he called another customer. I was confused and look at him, I waiting for reminding at least. He just opened his eyes and stair at me without a word which was very rude attitude ( 01:25pm). I definitely happy to move if I stand in wrong place. Please have some communication with your customer. Thank you

   Absolute rip off, bought $70 helium bottle tiny little thing inside a massive box. It only filled my number 8 foil balloon and 1 large confetti, had nothing left in it to even blow up 1 of the other balloons. Disgusting amount of money for such crap items. All the rest of the balloons popped within an hour and werent even blown up large enough. NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN.

   A female staff there not friendly at all and rude! So I bought some tutu skirts few days ago. I asked a staff where I can find adult tutu and she led me to the child one. It was my bad that I didn’t double check. I went home and found out few days later I’ve got the wrong tutu, I went back to get them exchanged (label and tags still on) The lady I met was very blunt and cold. She first asked me when I bought it, I said it’s still within 7 days exchange period as stated on receipt. She just said on the receipt also say no exchange for wearable items and didn’t care about my reason. I know it was part of my fault too but the way she talked to me was very rude and I don’t feel welcomed at all. She should be the supervisor there and could have said it in a nicer way. Won’t come back to this store again!

   Love the inventory and items Look Sharp stocks - but I think it’s time for a system upgrade, so customers can see whether each store has stock of items, because stores don’t know how to answer their phones. I’ve called every store in Auckland 10 times each and not once did they pick up. Called the Penrose office and they didn’t either so upgrade your systems or tell staff to answer their phones. Nga mih

   Love this shop, probably too much haha. So good for the craft stuff, good costume options. There are Soo many things for so many needs and for such a good (better than good actually) price! The shelves are well stocked, nicely presented and the packaging shows clearly marked prices too. Staff are good and really polite too.
