The function room needs lots of work upstairs! 2nd work-do and really disappointed again....years later. Much nicer in the main bars. 10pm closing for a work do. Really???
Went there for lunch on Saturday. The place was quite. My wife had the Pumpkin & caramelized onion Arancini $19 which was really good; crispy on the outside creamy in the inside. I had the Steak, eggs and chips. It was a big disappointment. The steak was tough and chewy. We let the staff know when we paid. I reiterated that it's not a complaint but just letting them aware the quality of the steak and is not seeking compensation. Both staff acknowledged our intentions and appreciated our feedback.
Love the food and relaxed atmosphere (29 deg Spring day) we brunched outside. Perfect and welcoming as always AAA+++
My hubby and I really enjoyed our delicious entree and mains this evening. My calamari was so tender and the beef cheeks were deliciously melt in the mouth. So great to have this lovely restaurant in our neighbourhood. We will be back.
5pm on a Saturday, so the service was fast. Beef croquettes are amazing, possibly the best I've ever had! Beef Wellington was also delicious. Used the entertainment book with 25% off, which made it very well priced for a great meal out
What a great place to go for drinks and a meal. The food was absolutely delicious and generous portions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would visit Protocol again
Recently accommodated our family reunion both Friday and Saturday nights. Friday was a meet and greet with snack food and drinks. Staff were very efficient and snack food was a good selection of tasty savouries. Saturday night was a sit down dinner- promptly served with good options and we'll presented. Would certainly recommend this Bar for a function.
Had bangers and mash partner had all in pizza and my son bad chicken nuggets and chips. He was a little naughty but service and food was absolutely amazing
Tried there Margarita Pizza, was $25. The taste was good and was full of cheese. Thr Hot chocolate is perfect as well.
Lovely food nice atmosphere great location maybe just a few more greens and would have been perfect. Will definitely go back an recommend
