   When I entered Shady Lady, my loins were immediately set ablaze when i saw a beautiful woman standing behind the bar. You can imagine how my heart was then enraptured when i approached, and found that her customer service was also superb. She was funny, welcoming, charismatic, and a straight up g. Her drinks were ambrosiac, and her service swift. Trust that I will be coming back, and that an 'I ❤️ Sydney' shirt will promptly be added to my amazon cart.

   This place has good vibes however the service is inconsistent. The male bartender was all good, the female bartender had a bit of an attitude and also charged me quite a bit more for the same 2 drinks i had ordered previously with the male bartender..not sure how the price changed for the same drinks in 45 mins.

   I’m a bit late (like a few months), but I came in and Teah was so lovely. She sorted my drinks and made the best. I came in recently and was sad to hear she didn’t work there anymore.

   Rude staff, especially meth teeth guy at front desk. You just lost a lot of customers cos i will share my experience with our hooka lovers community. It's unacceptable behavior, avoid this place.

   Poor shisha quality and food quality, staff is rude and doesn’t allow even wait on the territory when another person brings your ID, just tell you to go away without explaining the reason or sorry. If you have a choice go to another place.

   Rude and obnoxious staff. At 6pm on a Wednesday I just wanted a couple of drinks with a friend but the male staff member thought he'd look extra cool by putting the volume at max (despite there being only 4 people at the place). Politely asked him to turn it down but his response was unnecessarily aggressive.

   Do not recommend in the slightest, we cu were here last night and from the moment we arrived it became a terrible threatening atmosphere. This place is dark , extremely dodgy and the security are rude , to threatening and also grabbed my partners hand. I think it’s extremely wrong for security to act like this as grabbing someone and screaming into their face asking how many drinks they have had is very disrespectful and plain embarrassing, Makes you not even want to come in and spend your money and enjoy the atmosphere . Which now I know next time you definitely can judge this book by its cover. Crowded , rude staff and not to mention the shisha dilemma e we experienced . We ordered one and had to wait almost 40 minutes for it to arrive when no other ones were being used at the time. We went up in a friendly manner to say that we have been waiting for a very long time and we were told they forgot, finally after another 20 minute wait we finally got the shisha. Would not recommend this place at all if you value your time money and safety. We also felt threatened by people there soo obviously the harsh security is biased and not working! Would not come back .
