   As context, myself and several other colleagues have been coming here for the last few months sporadically. I cannot speak highly enough to the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth that the regular bartender Josh provides. The venue is both enclosed and private, whilst allowing plenty of light through the courtyard to never feel claustrophobic, the food is of exceptional quality for a very reasonable price and as the perfect top of the triangle, the service is always friendly, helpful and unintrusively observant. If you're looking for a quiet little corner to burn a few hours, have a good bite and try something new from behind the bar, there is nowhere else in christchurch I could reccomend as highly.

   The bar is absolutely stunning, giving it a sophisticated look. The bartenders there are really nice and the service is efficient and friendly. They are knowledgeable and were very helpful when it came to branching out to new drinks. Highly recommend the fried chicken waffles as the chicken is moist on the inside, coming with an amazing sauce. Will absolutely make this place a regular pit stop (r.i.p bank)

   Cool, casual, comfortable atmosphere w/welcoming, warm service and all around wonderful, what a gem! Cascade very much has a Las Vegas speakeasy feel, as in you need to know in order to get it. What a pleasure! Food portions are generous. Drinks are creative and well done. The ambiance is lovely. Service is second to none. Cascade is an excellent place to be!

   A really cool little quarter in Christchurch for a meal, drink, cocktail, or whatever. Food was very good, atmosphere was relaxed and chilled. Good selection of drinks. Attractive surroundings and it's somewhere you can go for a conversation without being drowned in noise.
