    The team at Midas Hornby left my car in a very bad state. It was later checked by the AA and found to be a danger to drive. I was given a complimentary car by the AA as it was too dangerous to drive home. Photos were taken of the work and we will follow up on this. It was a deplorable action taken by Midas to allow me to drive the car in that condition. And to provide a warrant of fitness for a vehicle that was imminently a danger to myself and others on the road.

    BEWARE! Absolutely hopeless, they couldn't work out how to fix my car so told me nothing was wrong... and still charged me! Went to the garage up the road (very close by), they knew what was wrong straight away and had it fixed the same day! They even gave me a discount because of what I'd been through at Midas- adding they see a lot of issues coming out of this midas site. Shop around people, make sure the person working on your car actually has the qualifications and experience to fix it and won't just waste your time and money!

    Really blown away with both the customer service and quality repairs done for my car. The workers here are fantastic, friendly and efficient, went above and beyond to help me get things fixed and even helped transfer my son's car seat into loan car and then back. They were honest about the work needed that another place missed, and helped to lower costs. I've never had a regular mechanic before but I do now! Will be back for future work. Thanks guys!
