Beyond fitness, the YMCA in Hamilton is great for families and people of all ages. The swimming pool is another standout feature. It's well-maintained, and I love that it’s suitable for both casual swimmers and those who want to focus on fitness. Plus, there are a variety of programs for kids, including swimming lessons, sports camps, and after-school care, making it an ideal place for families to stay active together. What really stands out to me about the YMCA is the sense of community. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and dedicated to creating a positive environment. “Great swimming school. The teachers are mostly young teenagers but they're all amazing at connecting with the kids and at teaching. My 4yo loves his time there and is getting more and more confident in the water with every single lesson. The booking system and portal are really easy to use and make the whole process so seamless. Good car parking and facilities seem clean and well maintained.”

“My first time getting vaccinations for travel and had consultation and had three vaccinations done in one go which is amazing and efficient saving me the time of coming back. Went with my friend and spoke with Dr Lee who was amazing and very helpful as to which vaccines we should get. Everything was done in 40 minutes. Reading the reviews I was quite discouraged but apart from reception being very busy with phone calls everything else was great.”

“Excellent experience, total professionalism. I am a very nervous dental patient with a sordid history.. but was put at ease. Dr Tan did an extraction, bone graft & implant prep. They saw me quickly within a couple of weeks where as my previous dentist advised it would be a 3 month wait to see a surgeon. After some months of discomfort i didn't want to wait so thought i would try elsewhere on a recommendation and i am so glad i did. Final cost incl crown is also $2.5k less that what my prior dentist advised me it would be. Very happy & totally recommend.”
