   Went and asked for a passport photo and was left just standing for several minutes not knowing if anyone was going to take it. The lighting was terrible and when I asked to retake it before it was printed it was a major hassle it seemed. Would definitely not recommend for passport photos. Clearly I was an interruption in their very busy day they didn’t want - or that’s how they made me feel.

   Walked in on Tuesday afternoon, the Asian gentleman who could be the new owner of the pharmacy was behind the counter, chitchatting to a female customer. It was clear I walked up to the counter with a purpose, I was left standing there for a long time while the aforementioned two individuals chitchatting about local goss, including some high profile people. To the point the pharmacist behind the counter noticed I was left standing there in vain, came out from behind the counter and served me. I grabbed my script, all it took was 2 minutes. Very appalled with the customer service, if indeed this is an example of what is to come from the “new owner”, I will not be back. Also wanted to note out of all the times I’ve been to this pharmacy this is the first and only time I was ignored at the counter .

   Visited Ponsonby pharmacy today needing an urgent COVID test to travel to Christchurch. Paul and the team were extremely helpful and efficient. The service I had was friendly and considerate. I would HIGHLY recommend using this branch for all your pharmacy needs.

   I had an excellent experience getting my COVID booster jab. There was no line and the sign on process was a breeze with Mr Liam. The Pharmacist Paul is a kind and gentle man that fully explained the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout - I didn’t even feel the needle! I then had a lovely conversation with the rest of the team while I waited for my 15 minute observation period. A highlight was seeing the faces of children light up when they were given a sticker pack by staff after getting their vaccination - a very generous gesture that warmed the cockles of my heart. Thank you for a great experience Three Lamps Pharmacy!

   Limited selection of food and water while I wait after my booster. Rude staff too, especially by some short haired old lady. Illegal to let me go within 5 minutes of getting my vaccine booster.
