   Horrible experience - pharmacist very rude - quite unpleasant experience and unprofessional- kept me waiting a long time while he laughed in a high pitched laugh with one of the female staff - nobody else there so unnecessary wait to speak to him and very condescending and racist to me - won’t be spending my hard earned money there again that’s for sure!! Also took cash and failed to give receipt when asked to !!

   I wasn’t happy with the service I received from the Indian woman (pharmacist) she treated me as if I’d never shopped for over the counter products before or even shopped in a pharmacy actually. Her body language and what she said says it all. Gave me some free prescription medicine for my child even though I told her I want the best product available. I couldn’t believe she tried to convince me that the product was the same as the stock they have on the shelves. Little did she know I have a long history of purchasing quality products from a Pharmacy particularly where my children are concerned. I guess she soon found out when she looked up my Living rewards account. I’ve always purchased the best products available for my children I’m not one to opt for the free stuff Doctors prescribe unless it’s Pamol or antibiotics. Never judge a book by its cover! Thank goodness for the awesome lady with the cool tattoos who was extremely friendly, professional and most importantly she listened to the customer and provided excellent service! I left relieved and satisfied knowing I had a quality product for my child. As someone who spends a lot of money on pharmacy products (proven by the pages of items in my Living rewards account) I most likely won’t be taking my business there again. Such a shame when they have an awesome worker. She actually served me on my first visit when I purchased foundation and was fantastic hence why I returned. Pity I couldn’t say the same for the pharmacist.

During tough times throughout the lockdowns, they went above and beyond to ensure personal medical nutrition needs were met as much as possible. They truly are an awesome team and I have nothing but the utmost praise for them.
