   I went this morning to get a passport photo taken, and unfortunately, the service and customer care were extremely poor. After waiting for quite a while while the staff member at the counter chatted casually with another customer, I was finally directed to a corner of the store where the white background was set up. However, this area was cluttered with boxes and other items that took up half of the space meant for photos. The staff member didn’t seem to know how to operate the camera and had to ask for instructions on how to even turn it on. After taking several photos with the flash turned on by mistake, she finally figured it out—only to realise that the background was obstructed by the boxes, making it impossible to get a proper passport photo. Instead of taking a moment to clear the area or offer a solution, she simply told me that it couldn’t be done. I decided to leave and go elsewhere. What concerned me the most was that the manager witnessed the entire situation and did nothing to help or address the issue. Overall, it was an unprofessional and disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this location for passport photos. If you need to get your passport photo taken, I strongly advise not visiting this pharmacy. Instead, go to Unichem One Tree Hill Pharmacy, just a few minutes away at 395 Great South Road, where the service was fast, professional, and kind.

   Very disappointing. Went in for three important - common chemist items, and they had none of them. Very little product, does not feel like a chemist at all, feels like a script pick up station.

   On January 17th, 2025, the service provided by two female staff members at your pharmacy was extremely poor and left me feeling upset. One of them appeared to be of Asian descent. Around 12:00 PM, I came in with a prescription wanting to purchase medication. Their attitude clearly showed that they had no intention of selling me anything, with their faces displaying impatience and disdain. The prescription that I could use at other Unichem stores was rejected at this store. After telling me I couldn’t make the purchase, at 12:19 PM, they turned around and started discussing what to eat for lunch. Could you kindly wait until I leave the store before doing that? I’ve been to many Unichem stores where the staff are always exceptionally friendly and professional, but the service at this particular branch, Unichem Mt Smart Pharmacy, is shockingly bad. These two individuals should not have been hired. If the owner reads this, I sincerely hope some improvements will be made. I will never shop at this store again and will not recommend it to anyone I know. Thank you.

   Very unprofessional closes at 12pm Saturday no no I finish work at 11. 45 drove there straight away just 5min away and they were already closed so much for closing at 12 they must've left really early because the shop was already closed up grills down Doors locked if u say your going to shut at 12 u should close then I was speaking to another person who was there and they said quite often they shut early not good enough is give them - 5 if I could
