   Thumbs down to the rude woman who works behind the counter. You could see that I was looking for a product on the shelf. However you assisted other customers. Once I had a seat you decided to attack me verbally in front of others. Woman, I don’t know your rules & procedures in regard to collection of prescriptions. There was no need for you to yell at me. Your customer service is far from professional. Maybe you were having a bad day & feeling tired from standing on your feet. You need to work on your customer service skills. Fortunately, the Asian man who was making my prescription, is kind and patient. He assisted me with my query in regard to the product I was looking for. Gave me my prescription. His customer service was definitely professional and nothing like your service.

   New shop and new location!!! Looks very nice. The pharmacy is just across the road from the old shop, next to Burger King at Unit 2/ 1026 Heretaunga Street West. New Saturday hours for Pharmacy 9am till 1pm. Lotto Only stays open till 5:30pm. See photos.

   Very disappointed called into chemist today.On my way back to New Plymouth . Obviously you have moved. So went back to car to check . And web site not been updated . Just a mention to other visitors. Stortford lodge pharmacy no longer exist.

   Visiting the Chemist shop is always a pleasure with good service, and helpful advice. Even more important is the Post Shop section. Always helpful and knowledgeable, especially today, posting a parcel over seas, so helpful with extra details that can be hard to handle, thank you to the young woman for her kindness. I am sorry to hear the Post Shop is closing. Best wishes to the Pharmacy in it's new location.

   How do you expect to keep competing with other chemists? Serious question. I won't be going back there after they charged me $2 for a REPEAT today just because it's a weekend. It's not my fault I happen to be on a medication that they won't give me all 3 months worth of at once, but I'm a lifer on meds now and I'm not going to go to a place that extorts every last penny out of its customers. Repeats should never cost money because I already paid for all 3 months worth when I got the first lot. Pretty annoyed to be honest! Extra info: I'm on two medications I can only get one month of at a time, one of which I have to pay the doctor EVERY MONTH to re-prescribe me, so I'm already paying a lot more than I feel I should be. How do other chemists manage not to do that? Surely you can learn from them because that's where we're all going to go now.

   Took a really long time for them to answer the phone also the asian guy that answered sounded really un interested in what i was saying as in he answers you in a way as if hes bored so 1 star fir taking so long to answer the phone an one star for the asian guy

   I have been coming to your pharmacy for many many years and am in alot as I have crohns disease and am on many medications. My son mr 8 has recently been diagnosed with ADHD and it has been a very hard long rd for us as a family. Mr 8 has been put on medication and this has been a big deal for us also . On friday at around 5ish My other son who is 20 came in with his girlfriend and my other son mr 8 when given the precription the pharmacist was trying to be discreet explaining what to take ect and there were two other shop assistants were standing behind her laughing and whispering very oblivious about it all , my son come home very angry and upset. This is very un professional and I'm disgusted at it all. One of them had already made them feel uncomfortable by following them around the shop and making them feel like criminals. She is a older lady with short hair wearing glasses. This behavior is not acceptable at all and would appreciate somthing being done about it or at least some one getting back to me as I've sent emails ect with no reply.

   Seasonal changes, great service and good variety for a basic collection. It is a small store that caries the basics for medicine, beauty, and hygiene. Keep in mind seasonal stock is sent back to warehouses if it is not sold (dry goods: sun glasses, flip-flops, etc.). They carry some classic designs that can be reused year after year. Great customer service and answers questions and know where and what stock is on display. Prices can be low if you look for the less popular models of certain goods.
