   The new guys here are absolute rubbish specially the ones behind counter, when you tell them their faults they get defensive and try and talk over you, the owner needs to be vigilant. Some of us are medical personnels ourselves and know how the system work, so stop fooling people around once and for all.

   Bad customer service. Went in for their passport service; staff member sent me a picture with the date stamped on my shoulder clearly in the picture. Passport picture was declined due to this. I went somewhere else to get my picture done. I asked unichem for a refund to which they said they don’t give refunds only offered to retake another picture. $25 for a picture I cannot use.

   Excellent service. Constantly going the extra mile. Doesn't matter how busy it gets: you'll get the same level of attention and care. Friendly staff, and everything you would expect to find at a pharmacy. Open on a Saturday, which is fantastic. I do not hesitate in giving these guys the highest recommendation.
